Dear Evergreen Families,
As September is winding down, Fall is upon us, and school routine is now the norm for our families once
again. We have been busy with activities on campus and our school garden continues to unfold.
Kindergarten, 1st and 2nd grade gardens are complete and the 4th grade will begin to build the Ethnobotanical
Garden next week.
Genius Hour for the 4th and 5th graders began with the students designing proposals for a musical instrument
that does not use their mouth or hands. I am looking forward to watching the engineering process and final
presentations. Jeanine Lipp, Rose Holck, Ryan Treadwell, Melody Drew and Mathew King lead this fantastic
project weekly.
